At Gleamerly, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must include all accessories, manuals, and included items.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Because our products are shipped from various fulfillment centers, the return address may differ depending on the product and your location.

Customers must contact us before returning any item. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged;
  • The item is defective; or
  • We shipped the wrong item.

Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@gleamerly.com and include:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue; and
  • Clear photos showing the problem.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products;
  • Gift cards;
  • Digital products or downloadable content;
  • Items marked as final sale;
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.

As we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests once fulfillment has begun.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks, credit card companies, and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@gleamerly.com.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at support@gleamerly.com before returning the item.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to products exempt under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including personalized products and certain sealed goods that have been opened after delivery.
